By creating an account or using Draft On Site you agree to this document. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Draft On Site takes rough text you write (a "brain dump") and uses AI to rewrite it as a professional SMS, email, or report. AI output can be wrong, awkward, or inappropriate for your situation — always read and edit the output before sending it to anyone. You are responsible for every message you send, not us.
Only to run the service: generating your drafts, storing your saved items, and support. The text you submit is sent to an AI model solely to produce your draft; it is not used to train models and we never sell your data. Service providers: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting region storage), Vercel (site hosting), and the AI provider that processes draft requests. Each processes data only to deliver its function for us.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft On Site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost work, damaged relationships, HR outcomes, or lost data — arising from use of the service. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to CAD $50.
Your saved items stay until you delete them. Email info@permitsets.com to request deletion of your account and all associated data, or a copy of your data — we complete requests within 30 days. We honor applicable privacy rights under PIPEDA and BC PIPA (and other laws where they apply to you).
This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If it changes materially we'll update the effective date here; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
